Yes, you can hush false alarms through the PLACE Home Solutions app. The Hush feature will be disabled if your unit(s) sense your space has passed critical levels.

We recommend having one login username and password per family, so multiple family members can stay connected anywhere.

The safety alarm features are fully functional without a Wi-Fi network connection, a smartphone, and a PLACE account. We recommend that customers create a PLACE account for an all-in-one experience with their devices.
